The Children’s Resource Center – West (CRC-West) provides free and confidential resource navigation for families of children and youth with special health care needs. During this educational session, CRC will share more about who they are, how they support families and professionals across western Wisconsin, and ways they can help connect individuals to resources and services. They will also provide a brief overview of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and discuss how families can better understand and navigate school supports for their child.
