Hiring, Training, and Retaining Support Staff

Finding reliable caregivers to provide care for your child can be challenging. Kayla Theisen and Kaylie Schmidt will use their professional and personal experiences to share how they manage their support staff (commonly called PCA). They will explore tips to find, recruit, and hire support staff. Attendees will also learn how to train, set expectations, retain support staff, and more!
