Safe Splashes & Smart Skills: A Guide to Water Safety

Water safety is especially important for children with autism, and this free Resource Night is designed to help families feel prepared. Do you know that individuals living with autism are 160 times more likely to drown than their neurotypical peer? Our guest speaker, Tammy Ebert of SwimPossible, will discuss effective strategies and teachable safety skills to help prevent water-related accidents. Caregivers will leave with practicaltools to support safer experiences around water.
