Join us as Michelle Haury, Education Manager at We CanRide explains the amazing world of horseback riding for individuals with disabilities. Adaptive horseback riding comes in all shapes and sizes, including therapeutic riding, equine assisted learning, and specialty occupational and physical therapy (also called hippotherapy). You will walk away from this Resource Night with a basic understanding of the mental and physical benefits of adaptive riding, as well as what a day at WeCan Ride looks like!
