Payment and insurance information
Providers/programs that pay for services at Partners are:
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield Plans of Minnesota
- MCHA (Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association)
- Cigna
- Wells Fargo
Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Minnesota
Partners in Excellence is a participating provider through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Minnesota. The majority of the BCBS of MN plans will cover ABA/VB intensive behavioral services at Partners, however it is plan specific. We suggest checking with your plan ahead of time to see if our services are covered. Parents are responsible for payments not covered by the insurance benefits (including deductibles/co-pays) and will be billed separately by Partners.
MCHA (Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association)
Partners in Excellence is a participating provider through Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association (MCHA). The majority of the MCHA plans will cover ABA/VB intensive behavioral services at Partners, however it is plan specific. We suggest checking with your plan ahead of time to see if our services are covered. Parents are responsible for payments not covered by the insurance benefits (including deductibles/co-pays) and will be billed separately by Partners in Excellence.
Payment from any other insurance plans will need to be reviewed on an individual basis. Partners can assist in getting benefits quoted from your insurance provider but Members are responsible to obtain benefit information and inquire about exclusions, deductibles, etc. Partners is not a medical assistance (TEFRA) provider and therefore can not bill medical assistance for payment of services or deductibles or co-payments for autism services.
Private pay options are also available and a service agreement will be set up with the individual responsible for payment.
