Payment and Insurance Information

Minnesota Funding Options

Our Intake Coordinator is able to assist you with navigating both the enrollment process as well as your personal options for treatment funding.  Please call us at (952) 818-2876 for more information and personal assistance. 

Insurance:   Partners In Excellence is credentialed and identified as a preferred provider with many insurance companies.  Please contact your insurance provider(s) to obtain benefit, exclusions, and deductible information. The Partners’ Intake Coordinator is available to assist you with questions related to this document and additional benefit information.

Medical Assistance (MA):  Partners is a (TEFRA) Medical Assistance provider.  

Private Pay:  In those circumstances when a family may not have coverage through an insurance plan or the child is not yet eligible for funding, Partners In Excellence is able to work with a family and develop a private pay contract.  Please contact the Intake Coordinator to discuss private pay fees. 

Wisconsin Funding Options

Insurance:  Wisconsin statute 632.895 (12m), effective November 1, 2009, requires that insurers cover both intensive and non-intensive evidenced-based therapy services for individuals with an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis. Partners In Excellence is credentialed and identified as a preferred provider with many insurance companies. Please contact your insurance provider(s) to obtain benefit, exclusions, and deductible information. The Partners’ Intake Coordinator is available to assist you with questions related to this document and additional benefit information.

State Autism Waiver Funding:  ForwardHealth began coverage of the new behavioral treatment benefit on January 1, 2016. In order for a member to be eligible for the new behavioral treatment benefit:

  • The member must be enrolled in BadgerCare Plus, Medicaid, or the Katie Beckett Program.
  • The member must have a diagnosed need for behavioral treatment.
  • The member’s Medicaid-enrolled behavioral treatment provider must obtain prior authorization from ForwardHealth, approving medically necessary behavioral treatment for the member.
