Behavior Therapist
This position will provide direct therapy to clients by following program plans, documenting therapy services, and participating in meetings as needed.
Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field and/or be able to qualify with MHP Status a strong desire to work with autistic children, effective oral and written communication skills, self-starter, ability to work independently and multi-task.
Desired Qualifications: Previous experience working with children with autism, ABA therapy work experience and/or knowledge in the field of autism, Mental Health Practitioner status.
Location: Edina, North Saint Paul, Burnsville, and La Crosse, WI
Status: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00 p.m.
Occupational Therapist
This position will work directly with children and manage a caseload of clients using evidence-based/person-centered principles to develop, implement and coordinate an occupational therapy program. This position will provide screening, evaluation and treatment to clients to assist them in gaining functional skills.
Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in OT, OTR/L Cert from NBCOT, experience working with children, and general knowledge of typical and special needs clients.
Desired Qualifications: Master’s degree in OT, member of AOTA/MOTA, previous behavioral therapy experience and/or experience working with children with autism.

Status: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Speech Language Pathologist
This position will work directly with children and provide comprehensive speech pathology assessment and treatment services in order to improve functional language and communication interaction abilities to maximize a client’s independence across a variety of settings.
Required Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, American Speech Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence, and 2 yrs of clinical exp.
Desired Qualifications: Previous behavioral therapy experience and/or experience working with children with autism.
Location: Burnsville, Edina, and North Saint Paul

Qualifications: The candidate will be Mental Health Professional, as recognized by the State of Minnesota. This includes (but is not limited to) credentials of LICSW, LMFT, LP, and LPCC. Knowledge and experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families is highly desirable. Demonstrated behavioral, functional and psychometric evaluation skills are required. Candidates will be able to effectively work within a team structure and have demonstrable, effective verbal and written communication skills.
