Partners In Excellence’s (Partners’) staff is under the supervision of a licensed psychologist, Center Directors, and Program Team Leads. Staff providing direct therapy have extensive training from Partners in behavior modification and then receive on-going training and supervision to ensure that the best practices are being delivered to our clients.
Partners therapy is directed by a team of highly trained and experienced Mental Health Professionals, which include doctorate level Psychologists, Masters Level Professionals and Licensed Social Workers. Each child’s treatment team is made up of a variety of Mental Health Practitioners and Behavioral Aides consisting of a Licensed Psychologist, Center Director and Program Team Lead with overall responsibility for designing therapy methods; a Primary Behavior Therapist who manages and translates the individual treatment plan (ITP) into specific therapeutic procedures; and several Behavioral Therapists, ranging from Behavior Therapist level 1 to Senior level Behavior Therapist, who implement the plan with the child. Total therapy hours vary from a minimum of 20 to 40 hours per week depending on the individual medical need of the child. Program data is collected and analyzed to assess progress and therapeutic effectiveness. The input of parents and caregivers regarding their child’s goals is an essential component to the therapy process.
